Privacy, in plain language.

This concise notice describes the current Premisely pilot. A complete legal notice will replace it before open commercial launch.

Public website

Optional analytics will load only if a provider is configured and you agree. When enabled, GA4 may measure acquisition and PostHog may record a bounded set of page and product events, including Demo World; neither receives form values, search text, private Account identifiers or session replay. Privacy choices appear whenever optional analytics is configured. A one-time founding-rate preview may store only start and expiry timestamps in local storage and a functional cookie; that browser state is not payment authority.

Approved workspaces

Workspace authentication and business data are processed only to provide the pilot product. Access is limited by workspace role.

Public-source research

Premisely can organise publicly available business information. Public contact routes and named people are treated as distinct data types, with Source and verification context.

Your choices

A monitored privacy request route must be published before open commercial launch. The current pilot does not publish a dummy email address. The Contact and support page records this as a launch blocker.

This pilot notice does not claim certifications, regulatory approvals or guarantees that have not been independently established. Full controller identity, a postal address and a named privacy contact will be published before paid commercial launch.
